Remote Support

Many questions can be handled by phone or an agreed screen-sharing session. We explain what the tool allows before connecting, and you stay in control. You can end the session at any time. An internet outage or a physical device setup may require an in-home visit.

What You Can Expect

Planning an In-Home Visit

We confirm the device, likely task, timing, and address before scheduling. A short description of the problem helps us arrive prepared, but you do not need to know the technical name for it.

  • Appointments are confirmed before each visit.
  • Any travel charge outside the regular service area is discussed and approved first.
  • You remain in control of device and account changes during the visit.

Examples of Remote Help

When your device has a working internet connection, remote support may help with tasks such as:

  • Adjusting text size or other accessibility settings.
  • Practicing email or video calls.
  • Reviewing an unfamiliar message without following its links.
