Choose a Program That Fits Your Residents

Shared Technology Support & Coaching Sessions

Arrange individual appointments for technology troubleshooting, learning useful skills, or exploring AI—with neighbors at one location.

Individual and shared-session rates apply to everyday technology support and coaching. Specialist services and projects are quoted separately.

Organize with neighbors or through your community. Residents can coordinate together, or ask their community director, resident services team, or activities coordinator to arrange appointments. The community may sponsor payment, or participating residents may share the cost.

Time and cost are shared. Each resident receives an individual appointment within the session. More residents means less time per person. We agree on appointment lengths and payment arrangements before booking. Appointment time includes notes and transitions.

Bring one main question or learning goal. Some concerns may remain unfinished or require a separate appointment. Any additional work and cost will be agreed before proceeding.

Sessions can take place in a suitable resident’s home with the host’s permission, or an approved community room. Any travel charge or applicable tax is confirmed before booking. Group workshops receive a separate quote.

Ask John about a shared session or community program or review the community session terms.

Plan Your First Session

We start with your resident count, accessibility needs, location, and preferred schedule. You receive a written scope and quote before committing. Community network administration, clinical systems, and emergency monitoring require a separately agreed specialist scope.

Support Without Extra Confusion

We provide simple instructions and a clear route for follow-up. Staff and resident records are kept separate; residents are not placed into a shared portal account.

Prepare for Your First Session

Once the program and price are agreed, these steps help the first session run smoothly.

  • Choose one-to-one resident sessions, a small workshop, or a combination.
  • Identify a staff contact who can help coordinate the day.
  • Set an accessible pace so residents can ask questions and practice.

Resident Privacy Comes First

Residents use their own accounts and devices. We do not create a shared portal or ask staff to collect passwords. Any family participation, camera access, or account change is discussed with the resident before it happens.

  • Bring common questions from residents, without sharing private credentials.
  • Discuss follow-up options before the first session.

Common questions about community programs

Can you provide both individual help and group workshops?

Yes. Shared Technology Support & Coaching Sessions provide individual resident appointments for troubleshooting, learning useful skills, or exploring AI. Residents can arrange these with neighbors or ask their community team to coordinate. Small-group workshops and move-in technology support are also available. Group workshops receive a separate written scope and quote.

How is a workshop or resident help program priced?

Shared Technology Support & Coaching Sessions cost $270 total for two hours for 2–3 residents, or $405 total for three hours for 2–4 residents at one location. Each resident receives an individual appointment within the shared session. More residents means less time per person. We agree on appointment lengths and payment arrangements before booking. The community may sponsor payment, or residents may share the cost. Any travel charge or applicable tax is confirmed before booking. Group workshops and specialist projects receive separate quotes.

How much time does each resident receive?

Each resident receives an individual appointment within the shared session. The total time is shared, not the full duration for each person. More residents means less time per person. We agree on appointment lengths before booking; time includes notes and transitions. Bring one main question or learning goal. Some concerns may remain unfinished or require a separate appointment. Any additional work and cost will be agreed before proceeding.

Is a three-hour community session the same as the in-home bundle?

No. Both cost $405, but the three-hour Shared Technology Support & Coaching Session is one event at one location for 2–4 residents. Time is shared through agreed individual appointments. The community may sponsor payment, or residents may share the cost. The individual 3-Hour In-Home Bundle provides 180 minutes for a named client or household, has a one-hour minimum per visit, and is valid for six months. The shared session does not carry that validity period.

What happens if a resident misses their appointment?

The coordinator may arrange a replacement participant or use the slot for another resident within the agreed scope and with consent. A resident’s absence does not reduce the community’s reserved session price when CyberGuardia provides the session as agreed.

Who pays for resident help sessions?

The community may sponsor payment, or participating residents may share the cost. Residents can organize with neighbors or ask their community director, resident services team, or activities coordinator to arrange appointments. One coordinator agrees the organizer, payer or payers, appointment lengths, and payment arrangements with John before booking. The facility is not responsible for payment unless it agrees to sponsor the session. Separate work requires an agreed quote and payer approval.

Do residents share a portal account with community staff?

No. Resident and staff records remain separate. We discuss any family or staff involvement with the resident’s consent.
