Here is how the CyberGuardia website handles information you provide when requesting support or a client account.
Information used for support
Support requests collect your name, email address, optional phone number, service preference, and the description you provide. Account applications collect your name, email and permission to contact you. Approval creates a WordPress login. Portal accounts may show support requests, a manually maintained appointment, membership notes, and an invoice link.
What to leave out
Never submit passwords, recovery codes, payment card numbers, medical information, or identity documents in these forms. Staff do not need those details to arrange a conversation.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in this WordPress installation. Site administrators can read and manage them. Signed-in clients can view only requests associated with their own account. Guest booking requests are available to administrators and are not automatically linked to later accounts.

Website requests and account applications stay saved until an administrator removes them; deletion is not automatic. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle ends.
