Reading and navigation options

• Body text starts at 18 pixels and follows browser font preferences.
• Use Accessibility / Text size to enlarge text or change contrast.
• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls; Enter activates links and buttons.
• The first keyboard link skips to the main content.
• Wizard choices use arrow keys within each radio group.
• Portal tabs use Left/Right arrows, Home, End, and Enter or Space.
