Five simple steps for a more comfortable call.
- Charge your phone or tablet. Place it on a steady surface in a well-lit room.
- Connect to your usual Wi-Fi network. Keep the charger nearby.
- Open the calling app you and your family agreed to use. Choose a known contact.
- Allow microphone and camera access only for the app you intended to use. Turn captions on if available.
- When finished, select the red end-call button. If the call drops, ask your contact to call again.
