You stay in control of your device and accounts. We can adjust text size, pace, and written instructions to your preferences. No prior technical experience is needed.
Pricing
Personal sessions use our existing support rates: $55 per 30 minutes remotely (30-minute minimum), or $145 per hour in-home (one-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments). Applicable tax, approved travel, equipment, and subscriptions are separate. We confirm scope and pricing before booking.
Community workshops, staff training, specialist instruction, and customized preparation receive a separate written quote. Household plan benefits do not automatically cover group or business training.
Groups and Specialist Topics
Ask about small-group workshops, family learning sessions, or training for your team. For data recovery, secure destruction, and digital forensics, educational sessions cover preparation, prevention, and understanding results. Specialist execution is separately scoped; tutoring does not replace professional qualifications or guarantee recovery or security outcomes.
